Culzean Castle, a National Trust for Scotland property, is located on the west coast of Scotland 12 miles south of Ayr. Its unrivalled position perched on a cliff top, with magnificent sea views, is spectacular.

Hidden away at the top of the Castle is The Eisenhower, a country house style hotel, which is available all year round and offers six individually styled rooms and suites.

The Eisenhower was once the relaxing retreat of President Eisenhower, having been gifted to him by the Kennedy family. It is now the ideal venue for a relaxing break or a special occasion where you can enjoy all that its location has to offer – close to championship golf courses at Turnberry and Troon. Guests can use the spectacular Round Drawing Room, with fabulous views across to Arran, and the cosy Dining Room, which has views to Ailsa Craig, is ideal for a romantic dinner for 2 or a larger family gathering.

For that special gathering the Eisenhower can also be hired for exclusive use to host celebrations including small intimate weddings. Overnight stay here on two occasions - delightful experience.
