Established in 1836, The Golf Inn is synonymous with the ‘golfing burgh’ of Gullane in this beautiful part of East Lothian – renowned for its many golf courses and seaside attractions. No doubt the ‘heart of the community’ it has recently been extensively refurbished - a massive task with impressive results.

Could be described as a ‘restaurant with rooms’, there are 12 Deluxe Double/Twin ensuite bedrooms and two suites which can sleep 4. Absolute luxury with bespoke furnishings and superior ensuite amenities.

Derek Johnstone (ex Head Chef at Greywalls) was the winner (2008) of the BBC’s inaugural demanding MasterChef of the Year Award and his culinary talents are obvious whether you dine informally in the bar area or more formally in the main dining room. The motto here is ‘the best guarantee of having a tasty product is to respect the season of every ingredient‘.

The ambience of a country inn has been retained – friendly, relaxed but very efficient.

Function room available for that special occasion.

Perfect location to avoid the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Edinburgh.
