Dinner at Number One is indeed a wonderful dining experience. One for ‘the foodies’ of that there is no doubt.

Although part of The Balmoral Hotel, the restaurant has created a reputation in its own right for fine dining - executive chef Jeff Bland, whose culinary expertise is well known, displays a quality of skills which have brought him recognition from many agencies and a number of awards.

Jeff is equally at home with modern or traditional dishes - good combinations showing flair and imagination. High technical skills with some innovation, good texture and taste.

There can be no doubt that diners’ expectations are fully realised - also a fine wine list available for the connoisseur.

Ambience perfect with fine furnishings and white linen - sound advice and service impeccable. Michelin Star.
